We will learn historical and cultural details behind each typical dish, fruit, snack, and drink we try during our tour in Lima, the gastronomic capital of the world.
Chorrillos Fishing Terminal
The traditional fishing terminal is where we will visit some local vendor stalls and learn about the variety of fish we have in our sea.
Pacific Pier
We will enter the pier, ideal for observing our coastline and fishermen's boats that arrive in the morning after a day of fishing.
San Isidro Market
We will visit the San Isidro Market, which was reopened and reconditioned to offer a tourist experience, we will visit all the main vendor stalls and learn about the variety of products they sell. Also, we will buy local fruits, to taste later.
Traditional Restaurant
We will also go to a traditional restaurant, where we will learn how to prepare our flagship drink: Pisco Sour. In addition, we will have a demonstration class of Ceviche that we will taste later. Finally, we will have a delicious Creole lunch in the same restaurant.
